Leeward Bed and Breakfast is situated on a quiet lane in a pretty Broadland village, just a ten minute's walk from South Walsham Broad.
We offer only one double en-suite room which means that you will enjoy the unique experience of exclusive attention, with true Yorkshire hospitality from the proprietors, use of the garden, plus a freshly cooked breakfast in your own private dining room.

South Walsham is a typical Broadland village, and has two churches in the same churchyard (Norfolk has several instances of this) and one is now a study centre.
The village also contains a post office, 2 pubs, a pretty village green and some lovely cottages.South Walsham Broad is split in two, with the inner broad being private (part of the nearby Fairhaven Woodland and Water Gardens).
A path leads around the Broad and along the bank of Fleet Dyke, eventually taking you to the River Bure and you can continue walking in a 6 mile loop, returning via Upton.
