Langlands Bed & Breakfast

Langlands Bed and Breakfast is a red standstone building which was built in 1860. It has a Summer House and Decking to the rear of the garden (for guest use) and the front of the property over looks Dumfries River Nith which is famous for our Solway Salmon. On street parking is available for cars, Moter bikes can park at the rear of the house and we have a secure lock up for push bikes in the basement of the house.

The Dinning Room / Sitting Room
We serve a traditional cooked breakfast with our famous Scottish Haggis. For the early starter you can either order a continental breakfast or a packed lunch.There is a fridge freezer and a microwave for guest use. Once breakfast has finished it doubles up into a sitting room with a 3 piece suite, flat screen TV and DVD player so guests can relax in comfort.

All bedrooms have tea and coffee facilites, TV with freeview and DVD players and free wireless internet.
Room One.... Is a twin ensuite room with a double sofa bed, over looking summer house and decking.
Room Two.....Family ensuite room with a double and single bed, also over looks rear garden.
Room Three...Large Family ensuite room with a double bed and two single beds,there is also room for a travel cot .This room over looks the River Nith.
Room Four....Twin standard with a seperate shower room, also over looks the River Nith.
