Likes:
Room furnishings were very attractive, as was the decor. The dinner was splendid and good value.
Dislikes:
Room (4) entrance was a bit cramped, especially as the bathroom and wardrobe doors (when open) competed for the same space as the room door.

The Lamb Inn is an attractively rambling building of mellow Cotswold stone, some parts are over 300 years old, with a sunny garden. Under the care and attention of Paul and Jacqueline Gabriel and their team, it is a thriving village pub as well as a haven of comfort, great food and rural peace and quiet!
Overlooking the Windrush Valley, we are central to lovely Cotswold villages like Bourton On The Water, Stow On The Wold, Burford and The Slaughters. The Lamb is surrounded by Cotswold heritage sites and visitor attractions.
Whichever of the 14 en-suite bedrooms you stay in, you will wake up to a lovely view; either pretty Cotswold stone houses of Great Rissington village, or fields and trees of the Windrush Valley.
Parts of the Lamb Inn are over 300 years old - Oak beams, oddly sloped ceilings and twisty stairs guaranteed! Each bedroom has its own character. Some are furnished in the gracious country house manner, with comfy sofas and plenty of space to spread out. There is also a room with a four-poster bed, and The Windrush Suite has an amazing centre piece bathroom.
Single and twin rooms are delightfully cosy in country cottage style - with teddy bears in residence!
Garden suites offer complete hideaway, peace and privacy.
Residents also have access to a Lounge with Digital TV, a log fire in chilly weather, wi-fi connection for your laptop, plenty of leaflets on local attractions or books and magazines for just lazing around.
