Location, location, location! Also realvery good food, in an informal setting. Far above the standard 'pub grub' in many inns or B&Bs. Lovely beer garden (though it was raining), friendly staff.
Dislikes:
Fine for me, though some guests may want a shower as well as/instead of a bath. Lock/handle on door slightly tricky. Would be handy to have a breakfast menu rather than just asking for what we wanted.
