Ingleside Guest House

Ingleside Guest House is a seven bedroomed detached Victorian house which has fantastic views overlooking the Lyn Valleys, Lynton, Watersmeet Valley up to Countisbury Hill, and can see the highest cliffs in South West England. However, we are only one minutes' walk from Lynton village centre with its Shops, Restaurants, pubs and the famous Cliff Railway.

We are located on the southern slope of Hollerday Hill, in one of the sunniest spots of Lynton with access to Hollerday Hill and on to the Southwest Coast Path and Valley of Rocks from our side gates. The wild goats from Valley Of The Rocks have often sunbathed in our grounds at the back of the house!

We provide ideal accommodation for those wishing to get away on short breaks or longer stays in a unique part of Exmoor known as "England's Little Switzerland". We offer bed and breakfast, or half board accommodation for those who do not wish to eat 'out' every night, (quality home cooked evening meals are served six days a week). All our home cooked meals are cooked on/in our AGA which is a truly unique way of cooking.

For five years running we have been awarded Visit Britains' highly regarded Silver Award, and we hope this is reflected in the quality of the stay you have here at Ingleside.

We offer an ideal base for touring holidays or a romantic getaway, a walking break or just a break away from it all.

Keith and Diana, your hosts, are entering their 9th season at Ingleside. As well as providing excellent hospitality and food, they have replaced all ensuite bathrooms and all the bedrooms have been redecorated as well as the guest's lounge and dining room, along with many other upgrades. In doing this they hope to offer a standard of accommodation that befits such a wonderful location.

All our quality bedrooms are ensuite, our prices are reasonable. We welcome children, unfortunately we do not allow pets, and have our own private car park with spaces for each room right next to the house
