A one night stopover in a convenient location that turned out to be a very pleasant one. The room was small but clean and attractive with all expected facilities. The en-suite shower room was clean and adequately equipped but the shower temperature was somewhat difficult to control. The pub and dining room had a pleasant fell but unfortunately despite booking dinner for 7:30 it took 3/4 of an hour to even order and until 8:45 to get it. The food was good however. Breakfast was prompt and good. Read less

Ivor Leon, our Chef, plans every menu with skill and enthusiasm. His starters and main courses never disappoint, but you should always save room for one of his fantastic desserts. His sticky toffee pudding is truly wonderful.
