central location and been able to commute to newwcastle etc by train
Dislikes:
Arr at guest house after going round hexham twice,rang doorbell no answer,tel no on note on door no answer then had to try mob,owner in Lomdon for wkend not what we expected as our 35th anniversary

The excellent breakfast, Great service in the restaurant.
Dislikes:
We were alone in the guesthouse without anyone available. Therefore a bit unpersonal atmosphere. Bed was only made once.
