Greenbank Hotel is a splendid Victorian Town House overlooking the historic town of Llangollen, with magnificent views over the town and up to the ruins of Dinas Bran (Crow Castle) and the lush rolling hills of the Vale of Llangollen. Dislikes:
getting up to do the parking when you want to have lie in an relax. Its a shame the hotel cant agree some sort of pas with the council for people staying at the hotel.

Llangollen has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and is alive with tiny shops to browse as well as some wonderful historic places to explore. It has renowned and varied walking trails and many places to day trip to.

These are all waiting for you to enjoy again and again as they take on a different feel with each passing season. If you are planning a walk in the breathtakingly lovely hills or following the canal taking in the wildlife and soaking up the history, our kitchen is always on hand to offer you a choice of hampers and picnic ideas to keep you well nourished. Please ask a member of staff or our Chefs when you arrive for our selections.

In the evening there are numerous pubs close by, often with a welcoming open fire and a mix of local characters. As well as our own restaurant, Llangollen has a range of eateries to meet everyone's taste and pocket.

Your can take a break with us to enjoy a coffee and home made cake, a lunch in our courtyard or stay a little longer to appreciate the warm, friendly service and comfy accommodation and leave having enjoyed a great breakfast with the promise to visit us again soon. All our rooms are fully ensuite and offer a TV and free wireless internet access through out. We have a variety of rooms to accommodate the needs of individual, family or group bookings.
