Jane was very welcoming and friendly giving us an excellent breakfast on both mornings we were there. The village of Burley was very pretty. We had a very relaxing couple of days.

Forest Tea House Bed and Breakfast offers a romantic retreat and unique bed and breakfast experience. We can now offer the PET FRIENDLY 'Bungalow', which is separate from the cottage and is a family room (double and single bed). In the Cottage itself we have a family room (double and single bed), a double room and a Family Suite (a double bedded room plus a twin bedded room) with it's own private shower room.
Ideal for families with a couple of children. All rooms include; ensuite shower room & toilet, TV, Tea & Coffee making facilities. A true forest experience offering the opportunity to view the forest wildlife from your window! Just 300 metres from the village centre with it's pubs, witchcraft shops, cycle hire and horse riding stables. It is an ideal location for walking, riding, cycling and exploring this unique area. The beaches of the south coast are only 20 minutes drive away. Forest Cottage has direct access into the forest.
