The decor of the B&B is quirky and different with lots to look at and immaculately clean. We took the option of the continental breakfast in bed which arrived with a knock on the door to the second of asking for it! Would like to have stayed longer to try the cooked option! Thank you for your review these are always helpful. We are not sure why this guest did not appreciate his breakfast
but it may have been my children who were in and out of the breakfast room. We do have small children and sometimes
they help me in the kitchen so we can't please everyone!

We also offer one night bookings at weekends
unlike many other guest houses.
We are child friendly and welcome children
of all ages.
We offer a continental breakfast which can be served to you in your room at a time you choose or you can have a full English organic breakfast in the dining room. Whatever suits you!
Please vacate the room by 10am - Please see our other pages for events and activities available in Keswick and the surrounding area. Please enquire about Christmas and New Year Rates. There will be a minimum stay of 3 days for bookings made over the Christmas period.
Environmental Statement
We want to actively protect the lakes and their environment by limiting the amount of washing powders we use that can cause green algae in the lakes so urge all our customers to make it clear that they have used towels by placing them in the sink or shower once used.
