The Clark Family are ready to welcome you to their three storey Victorian terraced home. We offer room only and bed and breakfast rates in our five bedrooms, 3 en-suite and 2 which share a bathroom. We are 1.5 miles from the bus and train station and 8 miles from the airport and are well served by buses.

Children are welcome, a cot and highchair can be provided for infants. We are Located in a residential area of North Edinburgh, midway between the Royal Botanical Gardens and the River Forth. We have limited private parking, however there are no on-street charges. There is a payphone on the ground floor, a hairdryer and ironing facilities are available upon request. Pets are welcome by arrangement.

For shopping the city centre is ideal: Princes Street houses a great many stores including Jenners, the oldest independent department store in the world, and the St. James Centre and Princes Mall provide even more shops. There are other shopping opportunities away from the city centre however - Ocean Terminal is a 20 minute walk from us, or the Gyle Shopping centre a 30 minute bus ride (No. 21).

There are many bus tours you can use, including the Britannia Tour, City Sightseeing Tour, Edinburgh Tour and Mac Tours City Tour, all of which depart from Waverly Bridge. If you enjoy sight seeing then why not take a trip to Edinburgh Castle and get a magnificent view of half of Edinburgh from the battlements? Or to see the whole city visit Holyrood Park and climb Arthur's Seat. You could also visit Edinburgh Zoo.
Environmental Statement
We are happy to provide fresh towels when requested but will assume those not left in basins or baths will be reused. Newspapers and empty bottles left beside wastebins will be recycled
