On arrival for our two night stay there was no one present to let us into the property as it appears they had not been advised of our arrival time although we had specified this at time of booking. The room was basic but comfortable. The central heating radiator in the room was not working although small radiator in the bathroom did work. A fan heater had been supplied. The shower head was defective and had to be held. Soap ledge was broken in cubicle. The cooked breakfast was ok. Read less

The location was good and easy to find. We had an en suite room, the bed was comfortable and the house generally quiet.
Dislikes:
A lack of attention to detail. Empty sugar bowls and milk jugs on table

We have been running as a Bed & Breakfast for nearly 20 years and cater for the many different types of visitors to Dundee. Wheather it's business or pleasure that brings you to Dundee, you will find our place very appealing to you. We take pride in our cleanliness and our excellent service - always with a smile :)
All our rooms are en-suite, cosy and comfortable and equipped with coffee / tea / chocolate making facilities and Freeview TV. There is also free fast WiFi available throughout the Guest House. Also, many of our Guests are returning customers coming to re-live their pleasant experience of being here.
We specialist in giving free travel advice and maps to tourists travelling around Dundee or Scotland having travelled extensively nationally and internationally.
We also have close contacts with the 2 local universities, Dundee & Abertay and Ninewells Hospital and if you are coming to Dundee related to these, we can be of help.
