We liked how freindly the staff were.
Dislikes:
The shower head appered to be broke ( water shooting every where) & appeared to have been repaired with silicine, but when I had a shower the water smelt very fishy! possibly from the silicone.

The room which you booked is advertised as a small Double en suite, I am sorry you had problems with the shower, we were unaware that there was a problem with the shower head, no silicone had been used to repair it, but thank you for bringing it to our attention & we have now replaced the shower head.

Breakfast at Ellerbrook is offered to you as a choice of either a continental style breakfast chosen from a full menu of cereals, fruit, croissants, yogurts or chunky bread filled with local bacon or Cumberland sausage & served to you in the comfort of your own room or you may choose to join us at our adjoining property Beckmead House for an award winning full English breakfast.
