Very friendly staff,excellent service. Great location and our room had sea views from 3 windows. Great food. Enjoyed taking things at our own pace and the informality. Would like to have had longer.

Elements offers exclusive surf breaks in association with 'Raven Surf School'. Enjoy a 2 night, 4 night ot 7 night surf package. The 2 night involves 2 nights B&B and 2 or 3 surf lessons. The 4 night involves 4 nights B&B and 4 surf lessons. The 7 night involves 7 nights B&B and 6 surf lessons.

Complimentary for all hotel guests is the use of the health and fitness rooms. Inside you will find a state of the art four station multi-gym, cross trainer, cycle and rowing machines. There is also a finholme sauna to ease away those aches, pains and worries, plus a tanning room just in case the sun doesn't shine.
We have a purpose built surfboard store and drying room for you to make sure that all your kit, wetsuits or walking gear is fresh and ready for your next adventure. This also provides good secure storage for your equipment, be it climbing gear, bikes or kitesurfing rig.
Our beautiful bistro and terraces have unrivalled panoramic sea views and whether you prefer to dine "al fresco" or be seated in our boutique bistro, our laid back atmosphere should make for a wonderful evening. Elements bistro menu is a relaxed affair and Elements has rightly gained a reputation as one of the finest eating establishments in the South West. Our menus are written daily and incorporate fresh caught fish from the Cornish day boats and exceptional local meat and vegetable produce.
