We cater mainly to mature people, couples and small families, no extra charge for being single!, We think we are a great accommodation where all can meet and reunite in a warm and homely, relaxed atmosphere and where guests-service comes first. The hotel is centrally located and within easy walking distance of most of Blackpool's attractions; the Piers, the renovated seafront, Shopping Areas, the Winter Gardens and of course the Tower!
Robert and Peter offer a well-varied menu of all home cooked dishes. In addition, special diets can be catered for.
We welcome visitors from all over the world. In addition to English; Dutch, German and French are also spoken, during the dancing season we even manage to communicate in Mandarin.
Our pricing is fixed on a per person basis. There are no extra charges for single rooms and our smiles are free for all!
The Novello does not accommodate Stags and similar parties!
Our accommodation consists of 15 en-suite guest rooms in all. The flexibility of rooms is such that we can change twins into Doubles and two Twins are spacious enough to occasionally house three persons. A cot and high chair are available for our tiny guests
In the brightly painted dining room we arrange the tables per party so that you can dine together and have a most enjoyable time. Of course it is possible to invite guests or arrange for a special (late) evening meal to celebrate that special occasion!

Environmental Statement
You will see that we take pride in making every effort to create a sustainable business. All recyclables are separated. Lights are on energy saving, as low as possible, light bulbs. Central heating and hot water are on thermostats and timers. The whole of the building is fitted with double-glazing, the roof is insulated. We stimulate the guests to produce as little as possible refuse, by using non-disposable shopping bags,and refusing extra plastics like coat hangers etc. whilst shopping. All guests are asked to turn lights off. Laundry is done regularly, of course, but we ask guests to leave towels on the bathroom floor when they need washing. We use environmentally friendly cleaning detergents, trying to ban Chlorine completely!
