the cosy and warm atmosphere, the politeness of the staff and the garden which was blooming beautiful!
Dislikes:
the room was not as clean as it should have been. the cups were dirty and the towels had a strange smell.

Thank you for your review. Housekeeping have been informed of the complaint, and all rooms are being checked at our Grange Park Hotel by the manager. We do use a fabric conditioner in our final wash, which does
leave a scent on our towels.

The Grange Moor is a friendly, family run 3 Star hotel situated off the A26 Tonbridge Road. Ideally situated, it has good access to the M20 and M2 motorways and is within easy walking distance of Maidstone town centre. Maidstone is set amidst the rolling green Kent countryside in the beautiful "Garden of England".
The surrounding area offers picturesque river walks, museums, gardens and a varied shopping centre, other local attractions include Leeds Castle, Brands Hatch Racing Circuit and The Kent Rural Life Museum, Hop Farm.The hotel has 50 well appointed ensuite bedrooms split between two sites.
