I rate this hotel very highly, it is one of the best I have stayed in, a all round great break away. Read less

The level of cleanliness at the hotel is immaculate. The owners were very helpful in terms of helping you out with where to go, our stay would not have been so good if it wasnt for the advice of staff
Dislikes:
I would prefer en suite bathrooms, but it wasn't a major issue in terms of that it would put me off returning.

the staff r very friendly i never want to go home its like home from home. the room 8 is very well decorated sorry to c the canopy gone .
Dislikes:
loved every thing got on well with the staff...although room 21 was a bit cold as our room 8 wasnt quite ready for us when we arrived overall had a great time the staff r lovely

The shared toilet and showers. These were not as bad as I expected and they were kept very clean at all times.

We are a 23 bedroom Guest House in Central Great Yarmouth. We offer inexpensive guest accommodation & cheap deals for your stay in Great Yarmouth, with smoking and non smoking rooms, late breakfast, late check-in/check out and we are easy to find, 30 seconds from the seafront & Britannia pier, 3 minutes from the town centre and within staggering distance of all the good pubs and clubs in Great Yarmouth!
Our facilities include Digital Freeview television, tea & coffee, hot fruit drinks, bottled water, hot chocolate, biscuits, towels and toiletries in all rooms. We have free wireless We have a downstairs lounge with a Microwave and you can bring in a takeaway and use our sauces and plates.
We like to enjoy ourselves here. Please note that guests are not allowed into the hotel after midnight at weekends sober!
You can check in from 12 to 9pm and must check out by 11am. You can have a early or late check in or later check out but you must ask before or on arrival. We have smoking and non smkoing rooms, please ask in advance as we cannot gurantee your choice on arrival.
We have free parking permits for outside the hotel. Please reserve a permit for your stay. They will cover you for all the parking permit area of Great Yarmouth not just near the hotel.
We can offer advice on where to go and often have discount vouchers for many attractions and also have brouchures and maps. We also have details of other things to do in the Great Yarmouth and the Norfolk and North Suffolk areas.
If you planning some partying then let us know. We have great deals with some local venues and can get you on the VIP list, instan entry, no queuing, promotions and free bubbly etx and discounted or free party entrance. Just ask for fdetails adn we can arrange it all.
If it's a special occasion then we can make the room special, wine or champagne, flowers, balloons or bunting.
We use low energy light bulbs and appliances wherever possible. We separate our waste as much as we can for recycling. We collect glass and dispose of separately for recycling. We try to use suppliers who endeavour to be as green as possible and use recycled materials wherever we can.
