Great alternative to the impersonal chains in town. Good atmosphere, staff and food. Already recommended to colleagues for accommodation and meals.
Will use again.
Dislikes:
Rooms could do with WiFi. It's free to guests in the bar but not always appropriate or comfortable to work at the end of the bar.

the en-suite facilities were quite small and cramped which would make it a pain if staying more than one night , for overnight stay such as mine , it was acceptable+

The Squirrel Inn Country Pub & Dining in Hurtmore provide Bed and Breakfast accommodation "The Cottages". Conveniently located for Godalming and Guildford just off the A3, half way between Portsmouth and London, and within easy reach of many interesting places in this beautiful area.
"The Cottages" are an ideal base for both business and leisure guests. We have eight comfortable en-suite or private bathroom rooms: five doubles and three singles.All rooms have been fully refurbished and finished to a high standard.
All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, bottled water, flat screen TV/DVD, alarm clock with iPod docks and local attractions guides.
