Everything,from the moment we arrived Tina + Rob made us feel very welcome. The hotel was in a great location, we would definately stay again, and we would definately recommend to family and friends.

Me and my partner came for a weekend away. We had never stayed in south shore so we had a change. As soon as we arrived both Tina and Rob made us welcome. We also was able to get a parking space which is a bonus, it was nice of Rob to keep the space for us. Our room was a good size and all facilities were clean and tidy. Bed was nice and comfy and have no complaints. Breakfast was very comfy. Both hosts were great and made us feel welcome, we will definitely come again. Many thanks. Read less

The Roachvale offers the opportunity of a relaxing stay while visiting Blackpool and the surrounding area.
We can offer the personal touch not found in the big hotel chains; enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and unique style of The Roachvale Blackpool. Having spent many holidays, as a couple and then as a family at Blackpool, we were hooked. We decided our love of the place would be complete by offering others a good old Blackpool break, the Roachvale was purchased in 2004 and we embarked on updating the property. Now we are able to offer a warm welcome at the Roachvale where we hope to make your stay as pleasurable as possible.
We offer clean and comfortable accommodation with 5 double rooms & 2 family rooms that can accommodate 3/4.
Over the years we have built up an enviable reputation with many of our guests returning each year, on occasions several times a year.
We love Blackpool & we hope you will too !!
