Relaxed atmosphere. Didn't smell of cigaretes.
Dislikes:
A bit too warm for me but I was able to adjust te radiator and open a window in my room.

The Pavilion Theatre and the Sun Centre are only eight minutes stroll away. The Pier Hotel offers easy access to the major cities in the surrounding area, including Chester and Liverpool, being just short drive from the A55 Expressway. Manchester and Liverpool International Airports are approximately an hour’s drive.
