Newquay Breaks is a lovely little B&B really close to the town centre and beach. It is really nicely decorated and each room is different so you are getting a unique experience. The breakfast is fabulous and there is tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone. Read less

The room was nicely decorated and warm. The decor is fab and funky with use of local art. There is a tv and dvd in the room and a good selection of dvds and books that you can use.

Breaks offers contemporary 4 star guest house accommodation in an excellent central location in Newquay, Cornwall. This luxury guest house, catering for couples , offers the intimacy of a bed and breakfast and the luxury of a hotel. Quality accommodation in contemporary surroundings is guaranteed. It is situated just a five minute walk from the world famous Fistral beach and the town centre.
The location provides an excellent base to visit all local attractions and the sights of Cornwall such as the Eden Project. Surfing lessons can be arranged with Newquay’s premier surf school. Newquay Breaks is an ecologically-sound guest house, using energy from renewable sources and environmentally friendly products. We use locally sourced produce (organic where possible) for our breakfasts which include full English or speciality vegetarian options.
Breaks prides itself on offering the little things that make a difference to your stay, including complementary refreshments on arrival, herbal teas and flat screen TVs. Wireless internet is available.

Environmental PolicyBreaks is proud to be a member of the Cornwall Sustainable Tourism Project and the Green Tourism Business Scheme. We are currently awaiting a green grading. Jan has recently completed a BTEC in Sustainable Tourism. What we do Our electricity comes from 100% renewable sources. And we are currently looking into a green gas tariff. All of our toilets are low flush and we use only showers to reduce water consumption. All our light bulbs are energy-saving or low voltage.We have a policy of buying local and using local services wherever possible. Our vegetables, preserves and meats come from Trevilley Farm in Newquay, well worth a visit. Most of our other supplies come from a natural, wholefood, organic wholesaler in Truro. We use organic, fairtrade products whenever this is a viable alternative.
We buy cleaning products and toiletries in bulk to avoid additional waste all our products are kind to the environment.
We recycle all our paper
