There was a very polite and well mannered gentleman serving breakfast.
Dislikes:
General dirty condition of rooms - floor, bins, bathrooms including drawers and cupboards. Noisy assemblies of staff and others throughout the night.

I've stopped in B&B's all over the country, and this has to be one of the worst.
The hotel is situated on a main road, next to a busy train line to London, so dont expect a quiet night.

The photos on the internet must have been taken some time ago as the hotel is not as shown, dirty bathrooms and broken furniture.
I'd rather not mention the arrogant, poor English speaking idiot who tried to check us in. He refused to do so until a fax from our company, as no confirmation was sent from here. Read less
