Many thanks for staying with us. We are pleased that you enjoyed Dawlish and Lyme Bay House. We are a little surprised about the comment regarding the Dining Room. It was completely redecorated in December 2009 and the walls feature many original paintings and watercolours by local artists. It was also fitted with a new Axminster carpet. Many of our Guests, regulars and ones staying with us for the first time, have complemented us on the ambience and the quality of the breakfasts...

Lyme Bay House Hotel is situated close to the centre of the historic South Devon seaside town of Dawlish. It is within close walking distance of beaches, shops, The Lawn and gardens, the mainline railway station and other amenities. A wide range of reasonably priced meals are available in and around Dawlish.
Your hosts Nikki and Ian took over the Lyme Bay House in June 2006. Nikki said, "We wanted to develop a bright, vibrant, fresh holiday feel to the hotel. After all, our customers come here to relax and enjoy themselves - even those that are here on business!"
