Having booked Coach House Suite in advance,and paid in full,we arrived to be told that this was unavailable due to "previous occupants having left their luggage in the room,not having booked out and disappeared due to their sons operation.whereabouts unknown and not contactable"!
We were offered an equivalent "Suite"which turned out to be a larger version of the basic room next door to
one we once stayed in,on the FRONT of the building.
So,no sleep there then. Read less

Allowed to leave car in secure Car Park for 3 days.
Dislikes:
Booked room not available due to"interesting reason" why previous occupants had not vacated room.
Fobbed off with unsuitable alternative.
No restaurant space available,hotel ordered take away pizza.
