Highcliffe Waters offers superb accommodation in a delightful ancient woodland glade within County Durham. The Self Catering Pine Lodges are crafted in the traditional style and are fully furnished to a very high standard creating a warm and cosy atmosphere. Nestling between the Land of the Prince Bishops, Richmondshire, Ridings of Yorkshire, Stainmore Pass and the Lake District in the West, Highcliffe is the ideal location for discovering Northern England. The surrounding area of Highcliffe Waters offers something for everyone, whatever the weather. Tourist Information Centres are based in Barnard Castle and Middleton. There are numerous activities on hand. These include walking, fishing, horse riding, shooting, and cycling. The lodges themselves are completely serviced, furnished and extensively equipped. Lodges are set in private ancient woodland and are elevated along a river tract. Bring your horse or pony on holiday with you as stabling is available. Well behaved pets are welcome too! Exclusive fishing is also included. PLEASE NOTE: Check In is from 16:00 & Check Out is by 10:00. The lodges are no smoking throughout. Children are welcome, an additional bed can be added for a small child. Cots & Highchairs available.
