The room was very clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable We did not have breakfast so cannot comment. The one member of staff we spoke tpo was very pleasant and welcoming. I would stay again for its convenience to my relatives but would want a bigger room. Read less

The bed was comfortable and I had ensuite bathroom.
Dislikes:
A little bit noisy (sometimes heavy traffic and vibrations from Underground), but not too bad, maybe a person who can't sleep can have some problems.
