The bed in room 5 was not very comfortable and the bathroom had a leaking radiator and uneven floor that caused water to enter the bedroom when having a shower.

Church Farm is set in 5 acres of pasture land, so guests can enjoy sitting outside and relaxing after a busy day, when weather permits of course! There are 3 bedrooms with en suite facilities in the main house and 5 en suite bedrooms in converted stables in the courtyard.
We have ample secure parking for guests and we also provide airport parking for people who are jetting off on holiday. There is a pub which serves food all day, within a five minute walk, and a number of good quality pubs and restaurants a short drive away. Church Farm is ideally located for business or pleasure and we aim to make people feel at home during their stay with us.
There is a secure play area for children with a sand pit and trampoline. There is also a Resident Holistic Therapist, offering treatments to people feeling in need of some rejuvenation after a busy day.
Church Farm is ideally located for visiting attractions such as Stratford-Upon-Avon and Warwick Castle. The N.E.C and Concert Arena are a few minutes drive, and the city of Birmingham only 8 miles away, which includes the N.I.A and Symphony Hall. Numerous other attractions include, Cadbury World, Drayton Manor Park, The National Motorcycle Museum and Blenheim Palace.
