We found that even though the room was clean and presentable, we have stayed in places far cheaper for the same facilities and quality. I would have been far happier with paying between 80-100 for the room, not 120. But we enjoyed our visit non the less.
We also found the room to be extremely hot!

The Chocolate Boutique Hotel is a superb 19th century Grade II listed building on Bournemouth’s very popular West Cliff.
