Although secluded, all village amenities are within 5 minutes walking distance. There are several restaurants, pubs, a post office, shops and banks. The West Somerset Railway also has a station in the village and there is immediate access to the Quantock Hills via footpaths, we are also adjacent to The Coleridge Way and also on The Macmillan Way West for those that enjoy walking and offer specialist packages.

Adjacent to Catwell House is a private self contained 3 bedroomed barn that is available to rent from Friday to Friday as a self catering holiday home. Prices from £550 - £1500 per week. It is accessed through the main gate of Catwell House and has its own secure gated entrance, parking, garden, patio with BBQ and garden furniture.
Downstairs - a very large kitchen diner fully fitted out to be a family home and there is an internet TV and stereo. Large family sitting room with log burner and flat screen TV. Downstairs wetroom/cloakroom
Upstairs - large landing. Master bedroom with king size bed and sofa/single day bed and this room has an en suite bathroom with bath, large shower cubicle etc. Bedroom 2 has zip and link beds so can be a twin bedroom or super kingsize double. Bedroom 3 has king size bed and sofa/single day bed. There is another family bathroom with bath and shower over.
