Likes:
The bedroom and great location for shopping
Dislikes:
Although the food was nice we both found it a little on the salty side. Sausage and bacon for breakfast was excellent.

The Inn is beautiful, situated in the middle of nowhere, quaint decor and atmosphere and easy to get lost (in a good way!). Was unfortunate that the rooms had damp in, were not as big as the website photos made out, and there was a lack of hot water for a bath in the morning (no shower other than a hose connected to the taps, but could only be used sitting down - no curtain, etc). The Amberley Inn is nestled in the hidden heart of the Cotswolds, overlooking the renowned five valleys of Stroud. The Amberley Inn offers a picturesque setting. Situated close to the small town of Minchinhampton, it is quoted by some to be one of best examples of true Gloucestershire hospitality.

Many of its rooms offer views of the historic valley of Woodchester, home of the Orpheus Pavement dating back to 325 AD. It appears that even the Romans appreciated the beauty of the five Valleys. It is situated in the picturesque setting of the 5 valleys of Woodchester, Nailsworth, Stroud, Slad and Stonehouse.

The luxury B&B accommodation and our superb team of chefs, who have worked in quality restaurants throughout the area, assures the Amberley Inn Restaurant of its place in many renowned guides. Luxurious and spacious, the rooms are excellent for couples, families and a restful night's sleep.

Wi-Fi access available.
