Having read previous reviews on the wellbeck i was worried as to what to expect when we arrived. But they are talking absolute rubbish i dont what they expect for the price!!! We was greeted at the door with the owner who then checked us in explained about breakfast, bar opening times etc and was very friendly. The room was basic but clean and great for an overnight or weekend stay. Breakfast good. Read less

To provide all our customers value for money and very competetive rates we have to keep our costs down and the hence we wouldn't be able to have dedicated 24hrs reception at the hotel. However there is somebody at the hotel at all times.
Hotel is on very good location we are just under a mile from the town centre and located on sea front.
