Hospitilaty was excellent and the full english breakfast was tasty.
Dislikes:
Couldn't say a bad word about the place, good hospitality, clean rooms and excellent value for money.

We are ideally situated in the main holiday area, on Alexandra Road, just off the Promenade between South and Central Piers, and close to all the main attractions - Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle/Waterworld, & Blackpool Tower. Waterloo Road and Bond Street shopping area just a few minutes walk as well as a JD Weatherspoon pub - The Auctioneer - with great value food & drinks.
We provide a choice of spacious and comfortable ensuite and standard rooms all with hospitality tray and home cooked breakfast. Free Wi-Fi internet hotspot for our guests with laptops. You are welcome to eat your takeaway in our dining room - plates cutlery and condiments provided!
Peak holiday weekends, we ask if you can book at ieast a 2 nights stay.
A later 'check in' is available with prior arrangement.
If you are held up in traffic - just phone and we will wait up for you!
