We had an excellent time and the manager Steve was brilliant. He really made us feel at home and nothing was too much trouble.
Dislikes:
The accomodation is above a busy pub so if you want an early night it might not be for you. However, this was perfect for us and we had a great time in the bar downstairs.

The Salutation is one of Manchester's finest pubs, a traditional friendly boozer located just off Oxford Road. Known as 'The Sally' to the regulars, it is one of the best traditional Victorian pubs in Manchester.
The Salutation has five bedrooms all complete with en suite bathrooms. We have singles, doubles, twins and a triple from £25 per person per night.
It is ideally located for visits to the Universities, Royal College of Music, Manchester Business School and Manchester City Centre. We are approximately half a mile outside of the city centre within easy walking distance from most attractions. Manchester International airport is approximately 8 miles away. Manchester is a lively city that has something to interest everyone, and we provide the ideal base for exploring the cosmopolitan atmosphere.
