The ambience of the pub, plus friendliness of staff.
Dislikes:
Our room was a bit chilly to start with, but soon warmed up when we put the heating on, plus it was a bit noisy with the kitchen extractor fan just below our window.

Friendly staff. Consistent quality of food. Busy even on Monday and Tuesday evening so created good feel

Nothing - overrall good and would recommend it to others

The shower head has now been fixed. My plumber is still to correct the water temperature, although no other guests have made this comment to me. We have the same water supply in our apartment and we haven't seen this problem either.

The hospitality of Malcolm and Julia, the delicious breakfast and dinners, the picturesque location and the comfortable accommodation.
Dislikes:
The weather!! Oh, OK so its February - what should we expect! Even so, couldnt grumble about that - it was just a bit chilly in the hills, thats all!

Described as the quintessential Country Inn, we have tried to maintain and enhance the historic features of our Inn whilst keeping that warm, cosy, home from home feeling.
Situated at the foot of the beautiful Malvern Hills, our Inn is perfectly situated for many local events and attractions - from walking the Malvern Hills to the Upton Jazz Festival. We are less than 1 mile from the Three Counties Showground, just 3 miles from Malvern and a short drive away from Cheltenham and Worcester.
Our 17th Century Inn is located right on the village green with its peaceful duck pond, a perfect place for that leisurely stroll. We also have a family friendly garden and welcome children from 0 to 100!
We have facilities in our restaurant for our less able guests, making it an ideal place to eat. We have ample parking and five individually styled, luxury guest bedrooms (four double bedrooms & one twin bedroom), each with en-suite.
So, if you are looking for somewhere to enjoy a leisurely drink, a home cooked meal or a bed and breakfast for your visit to Malvern and the surrounding area, we look forward to welcoming you.
