i think that having foreign speakers helps the hotels salary payouts but the knock effect is huge. Its difficult to be polite and courteous to the staff there when they struggle to understand you and you them. I was disappointed with the service for breakfast as i did not get the cup of tea i ordered and everyone around me seemed to be offered toast, i wasnt. The girl serving took so long to serve people and there were only 4 people in the room at the time orders were taken. Read less
Likes:
If if had not been for the poor breakfast service and the fact that the hotel must currently hold the record for the most coldest hotel in Britain then the stay would have been ok.
Dislikes:
The service was very poor and I am not the picky type at all, i stay all round the UK and this is the 1st time i have responded to survey request, say s it all really.
