We had no appology or did you have a good journey, just the balance remaining is...... and your room is first one you come too. That was the extent of the welcome and the amount of talking!! Blackpool was fantastic, again, 3rd year running we've been. The Dr Who attraction was great and the Pirate Golf is a must. Try to go to Tussauds at night its only £5 per person then.
Dislikes:
Just the unwelcoming hotel really, everything else was fantastic. The breakfasts at the hotel are lovely just a shame the owners are not very friendly at all.
