The friendly welcome and service. And the excellent Full English Breakfast.
Dislikes:
My room was rather cold. I arrived at lunchtime & the manager warned me about this, but it was still chilly when I returned after the wedding reception (midnight) & radiator was cold to touch at 8 am

We are also only 200 yards from Eaglescliffe train station, a mile outside of Yarm and 5 miles from Durham & Tees airport. For golf enthusiasts we are only 30 seconds walk from Eaglescliffe Golf Club, or you could relax with a walk in Preston Park with its museum focusing on domestic life of the past, followed by a drink in our bar.
