I am not one to complain but this hotel was a nightmare! The staff didn't seem to know what was going on. The room was herendous and dirty, the towels were thin and raggy and I felt dirtier after having a shower and using the towels. There was a random door leading to know where and as a female staying along in the hotel I felt very vunerable. I didn't sleep as the room I was staying in (room19) was directly about the bar and there was a band playing til 11:30 at which point I moved out. Read less

Dislikes:
Only one bath towel and hand towel per couple, no milk for tea and coffee facilities in room. No staff seen at all at breakfast.

We are a fantastic family run business with great stay, park & fly packages and transfers to and from Stansted Airport. Our shuttle service to Stansted Airport starts at 4.00am (times will be arranged upon check in) and we pick up from Stansted Airport until 1.00am. Our restaurant is open from 6 pm till 11.30pm and our bar is open until midnight.
Transfers available from Stansted Airport whether you arrive by bus, plane or train! Telephone hotel upon arrival for transfer. Our pick up area is Bay 36 in Coach and Bus Station.
