For £120 per night we really expected much, much more than this - no hot water for a shower, no tea or coffee in the room Read less
Likes:
Staff dealt as well as they could with complaints, and the newly built rooms looked fantastic. Location was cracking, and breakfast on the balcony in the morning sun was great.
Dislikes:
No hot water for a shower - either in the morning or first thing in the afternoon, no tea or coffee in the room, lengthy wait for breakfast. Expected much much more than this for £120 a night

A friendly welcome is offered to all our customers, be it hotel guests or members of the public that frequent our bar & restaurant.
The hub of the hotel is our Café bar.The ground floor bar that opens out onto the street in the summer, that lends a feeling that you could be on the French Rivera rather than within the UK, to our first floor Restaurant, which offers a informal atmosphere and fantastic views of St Mawes harbour and Falmouth Bay. Weather permitting allows diners to enjoy our balcony and to take in the superb St Mawes views.
The St Mawes Hotel has nine en-suite rooms available. Located in the main building of the Hotel are five simple but attractively decorated rooms.
