The Rusty Anchor Guest House is situated on Plymouth's West Hoe seafront,and are within a five minute stroll of the famous Hoe. All the attractions, restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping centres are also very walkable, including the Brittany Ferries terminal which is on the doorstep! The local Cremyll foot passenger ferry takes you to across the Tamar River into the delights of Mount Edgcumbe in Cornwall, where it is possible to walk on the SW coast path or visit the splendid gardens of Mount Edgcumbe House.
We offer Bed and Breakfast, in warm and welcoming surroundings - a 'home from home environment'. In our dining room we can cater for small groups (up to 18) for buffet- style functions with discounted rates for accomodation offered when booked together. We are committed to supporting the local economy by using local suppliers, tradespersons and produce wherever possible.being very aware of the impact we have on the environment, we use natural cleaning products wherever possible and as little packaging as possible. We are very grateful if our guests to do the same, if at all possible. We pride ourselves on our hearty English Breakfasts, but if you prefer, we offer lighter alternatives, including kippers, porridge or pancakes.! We gladly cater for special diets. Happy, innoculated pets are very welcome.
