The decor was a tad dated but bathroom lovely and bedding clean with v comfortable bed.

From first moment we were greated by Peter & Debbie we were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were fresh new and very clean. There were even hot chocolate and bottled water in the rooms every day. To me its the little thing in life that mean the most. Debbie's Breakfast were fantastic with a wide choice of options and always served with a large smile and a welcome.

Rosscourt Guest accommodation, part of the Boscombe Spa Resort Hotel co-operative, offers high standards of hospitality in a friendly and relaxed enviroment. Whether visiting us for business or pleasure, Debbie and Peter will ensure you have a pleasant stay.
You do not need to park your car in a public car park or on the road, as we offer free car parking on site for 8 cars if everyone parks correctly. We are 500 yards from the fabulous sandy beach for relaxation or water sports activities. 200 yards from shops
All our rooms have doubles, twin or super king beds , all rooms have en suite showers for your convienence, please check the room descriptions for more details.
If you are not a breakfast person don't pay for it, we offer the flexibility of room only or bed and breakfast
Travelling on your own for business or pleasure, all of our rooms are available for single occupancy (all with a double or super king bed), at a reduced price.
