Basic, cheap accommodation with friendly staff. The rooms are small and reasonably clean. Rooms have tea/coffee making facilities and a TV. A computer with Internet is available,in the foyer, free for guests and there is wifi connection for anyone with laptops etc. Breakfast was a continental buffet with a reasonable range of choices. The proprietor was happy to make toast if required. There is on street parking available - but at city prices!! Read less

Friendly staff and proximity to the city centre - walking distance from station. There was a park opposite the hotel with a lovely viewpoint overlooking the whole city and the Firth of Forth.
Dislikes:
Rooms a bit cramped with no comfy chairs. The showers had black mould in the grout.My daughter struggled to find parking for more than 6 hours at a time (pound/hour) - ended up with a parking ticket!
