This hotel was very friendly and very clean. Room was a bit small but good value for money and not frilly or old fashioned like some. Breakfast was nice too. Owners have just taken on another guest house so Kath was spending most of her time there. Overall I would recommend this hotel as we were looking for value and cleanliness. Shame the rest of Blackpool wasn't this clean!!! Read less

We are situated approximately 200 yards from the sea front and a 5 minute walk from the Pleasure Beach and Sand Castle water complex and is ideally sited for those who require a quieter area with easy access to the entertainment that Blackpool is famous for.
Local shopping is within walking distance in Waterloo Road and Bond Street, where there are a good selection of shops, markets, restaurants and pubs.
The town centre is easily reached by tram which runs frequently along the sea front. The hotel has limited parking available, although there is a wide selection of secure car parks nearby.
Tariff rates vary throughout the year, but value for money is guaranteed. We also attempt to help the environment by using energy-saving lighting and environmentally friendly products.
