We arived at the hotel late but this was no problem to staff. On arrival the hotel was very warm. The room was clean and well present although it could do with a lick of paint. We were looking forward to our evening meal but there were no restaurants within walking distance. We settled for a local chinese take away which we were allowed to take back to our room. The bed was made up of 2 single beds screwed together. Breakfast was not big but served its purpose. Overall it was fair for the price Read less

Convenience and cleanliness, the staff were excellent, very attentive to any needs we had.
Dislikes:
Alittle noisy from the roads outside and the breakfast could jhave been a little warmer and better selection.

On arrival we found the hotel right next to the A41 6 lane dual carriageway. The noise was really bad !! The twin-room we booked was on the 3rd floor and the en-suite we were supposed to have was in fact a shared bathroom with 1 other room. The bathroom had paint peeling off the ceiling above the bath/shower and anyone over 5 feet tall may not have been able to get into it. The bedroom itself had 1 wardrobe with a door missing and the main light was OUTSIDE the room. Bed matresses were useless. Read less
