We desperately needed a short brake and were enjoyed to see that we had a charming bedroom and a really nice bathroom. Breakfast was a nice thing and perfectly fine for the price, as its a B&B style thing, don't be surprised that breakfast is only offered from 8 - 9 am... so not much sleep after a sometimes loud and therefor short night.All in all we love Brighton and the location of the B&B was perfect. You could walk anywhere. Our room was clean and tidy and staff very friendly. We'll be back. Read less

Kempfield House, formally Genevieve Hotel, is a grand Regency grade II listed building with unusually large rooms for Brighton hotels. Here you can relax in comfort during your holiday, weekend away, business or conference visit.
We are located in the fashionable area of Kemp Town - Brighton, literally a stones throw from the seafront and Brighton Pier, within easy access to many pubs, cafes & restaurants as well as being close to the shops, the famous lanes and conference centres.
Offering a choice of individual rooms from our Superior en-suite with large beds and that extra luxury with highest class toiletries and thick cotton bath robes. Ask about the four poster rooms. Luxury doubles have Gilchist and Soames toiletries as well as Superior rooms, Egyption cotton sheets and soft white towels, Single rooms are well equiped for either business or pleasure.
From the central location of Kempfield House guests can easliy walk to the main night-life of the city centre or find the pleasure in visiting the Pavilion and other land marks which have made our city great.
