The hotel and it's location were good and I liked it. The room etc very nice. The service from Mick who was my contact was above excellent at a time when my flight was cancelled and my train experienced delays. His instructions, directions and advice were perfect and I would have rated my stay as excellent because of him but - no registration process, my receipt taken and not returned, no-one about the next morning despite calling and knocking, I helped myself to toast and tea and left. Sad! Read less

Comfortable en suite room with nice modern furnishings and comfortable bed and Mick's level of service. Also good location.
Dislikes:
The inability to FIND anyone the next morning in an apparently deserted house or to get my paperwork back. No cooked breakfast etc - other guests and I had to forage from items supplied.
Would not recommend to others.
