There is a ground floor twin ensuite for people with walking difficulties

The dining room overlooks the rear garden. The original bottle glass windows remain from 1880. Local food is sourced for home cooked recipes. So whether it's the famous Buckingham House breakfast with Aga cooked oatmeal, home made marmalade and jams or farm-fresh eggs served on a bed of straw, attention to detail is where we begin. Buckingham House is superbly located, just fifteen minutes walk along the river to the beautiful ancient Walled City Centre and Chester Cathedral. It is also only a ten minute walk to the historic 16th Century Chester Race Course and all the major attractions.

Escape for a few days. Buckingham House is the perfect place to "switch off", enabling visitors to spend a day visiting Liverpool Water Front or North Wales.
