I telephoned the Guest House direct to book, they told me they prefer online booking which I did. On arrival, the owner was away (it was half-term) and the young girl had no recollection of our booking. I had booked a large spacious 1st floor room with sea view, she took me to the attic room, 4th floor that smelt of cigarette smoke. After compaining, she gave me the first floor room that we had booked and said it should never have been booked for 2 adults and 2 children. Read less

The view and location was fantastic, but there were so many other hotels on the sea front, we could have chosen any. The bed was very comfortable.
Dislikes:
We read the reviews before booking, we didn't find them friendly, approachable, the breakfast I could not even cut up the sausage it was so hard. The bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied.

We offer a wide breakfast choice in our ground floor dining room, overlooking the sea and capturing the morning sunshine. Early breakfasts are available by prior arrangement and packed lunches can be provided.
We are fully licensed and you can enjoy a drink at realistic prices on our front terrace or in our quiet resident's bar.
Each of our rooms has an ensuite bathroom or enclosed private bathroom and some have their own seating area. All are equipped with a colour TV and a hospitality tray. Guests can smoke in the bar area, outside of meal times but all guest rooms are non smoking.
