The rooms were modern but with a traditional feel. The Bathrooms were a little small but perfectly adequate. The owners are very friendly and go out of there way to make sure you have everything you need. Breakfast was good. Location is perfect if you are there for leisure purposes, nice and quiet - about 4 miles in to town - allow time for school traffic if going into town for work. The beds are VERY comfortable - not easy to get out of! Read less

The room was very comfortable with everything you need. I was warmly welcomed and the breakfast was very nice.
Dislikes:
The parking was a little difficult. No locks on the bedroom doors (this is just because I am used to locks on doors when i stay away)

Although in a quiet village, we are just a stone’s throw away from a selection of quality pubs and Basingstoke town with its variety of restaurants, bars, cinemas and theatre.
Our bed & breakfast has four en-suite rooms, and you can be sure of a good nights' sleep and a hearty English breakfast. The rooms are equipped with colour television, wireless Internet access, hair dryers, tea & coffee making facilities and are non-smoking.
