Lovely location - very close to Boscombe high street, a local park/gardens and the beach, and only about a 30 minute walk to Bournemouth centre. Very quiet but not too far out of the way.

We were given a very warm welcome from Paul & Anne who welcomed us and our two labs, Holly & Megan. The room was nicely set out with bowls for the dogs and doggie treats. One could be excused for thinking that the dogs came first but a more welcoming and doggy friendly hotel we have not come across yet. It was indeed a welcome to our home and you felt more like visitors than guests. The breakfast was excellent and the "girls" loved their sausages!! Thanks for everything Read less

Abbey Court Hotel Bournemouth, has a character all of its own due to being a converted Victorian Gentleman’s residence dating from 1882, situated in a quiet suburban street, just a five minute walk from the Award winning Sandy Beaches and Gardens and the first Artificial surf Reef in Europe.
The local town of Boscombe Spa is within a 10 minute walk and Bournemouth is approximately a 30 minute, pleasant walk along the sea front, or less than 5 minutes by car or bus.
As a gdog friendly Hotel, we are ideally situated for both the seaside and countryside walks. If you would like to bring your Dog/s please contact us directly to make arrangements as not all rooms are suitable for the larger dogs.
For our 4 legged friends we supply doggy treats, drinking/feeding bowls & the must have disposable bags for “walkies”. We supply a bed if required? All you need bring is their favourite blanket, toys and food. We will store their food in the refrigerator when not required, if necessary. We supply towels for the beach for both Dogs and owners. Check out our website Guest Page, there a message from our two dogs and some of their friends, a chance to see what others have to say about us.
The towns of Christchurch and Poole are only a short drive away. We are just over half an hour’s drive from the Isle of Wight Ferry or the Condor Ferry to France. With the Jurassic coastline, The New Forest and Hengistbury Head Nature reserve all almost on the doorstep.
We are known for our freshly cooked and plentiful English or Continental breakfasts, all food is sourced locally. We cater for all dietary needs including Coeliacs. Please inform us at time of booking should you have any special requirements.
All rooms are en-suite with high power showers, Free view TV. & free Wi-Fi throughout. We have a comfortable lounge for you to relax in and also a great entrance hall to sit and enjoy the sun, working or just keeping in touch.
